Close-up magic is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Really. It's truly interactive entertainment which means that you get to participate in the action or just sit back and watch... very, very closely. The kind of things that Rob does actually do leave people wide eyed and open mouthed. Don't be under any illusion. he doesn't make elephants disappear, because the kind of venues he likes to play aren't quite up to that...and how close to an elephant do you really want to get on a fun night out anyway? 

Rob is a professional master of close-up magic and sleight of hand, he performs sophisticated and intelligent magic for adults (or should that be performing magic for sophisticated and intelligent adults?)

It's engaging, it's entertaining and performing tricks close-up and under the watchful eye of everyone around the table can be a great ice breaker at any corporate function, promotional event, trade exhibition or wedding or birthday party. You want to see, you want to experience, you want to believe...and then you want to share all those theories about how it's done. 

Contrary to popular belief, nine years old is not the maximum age that you can hire a magician to come to your party! Whether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or whether you are just throwing your annual company Christmas bash, magic is a great way to add to the overall atmosphere. 

Close-up magicians are becoming something of a regular feature at dinners and banquets. Rob can mingle with diners during their pre-dinner cocktails or move around the tables in between courses. 

Having close-up magic performed at the tables of your guests can add something just that little bit different to the reception. It is also a great way of keeping guests amused while you and your new spouse are off having pictures taken.
